Join PTAC and special guests for an afternoon exploring diversity, November 7th from 3:30 to 5:30 at the Petroleum Club, Cardium Room. This intimate and encouraging affair presents actionable insight on collaborating with various communities and initiatives, creating and maintaining a diverse talent pool, and building a company-culture that encourages leadership buy-in.

Challenge

We are experiencing a time of monumental change within the oil and gas industry. Political, financial, and environmental instability are driving a fundamental shift in the industry. Companies are changing business models, adjusting supply chains and reworking their portfolios to improve value. Without diversity, companies will continue to miss out on innovation and insight necessary to drive growth. But as the issues of diversity become broader and more complex, we must be made aware of all relevant issues in order to truly effect change.

Action
